• Ministry of Social Development — Red Clase Media Protegida: Conducted UX diagnosis and redesign of Chile's middle-class social protection platform — 14 user tests, GOV.UK-inspired cascading navigation, and 3 content architecture iterations validated with the ministry
• Ministry of Agriculture: Developed user personas and journey maps through interviews and focus groups for citizen-centered service model
• Chilean Government Supplier Portal: Led user research including remote testing and survey design for national procurement system redesign

• AFC Chile: Designed and conducted usability studies for the Unemployment Insurance Fund, improving login success rates and user satisfaction
