Buenos Aires from Palacio Barolo
From the Barolo Palace tower, the Argentine Congress is visible in the distance. Although this 1923 building has beautiful elevators, they don't reach the upper tower—to get there, you must climb a spiral staircase spanning several floors. Quite the workout.
